Initial vetting process:

  • At least one US Issued Patent and one pending US Patent Application in the same family; e.g., continuations. 
  • International counterparts.
  • All patent assets within each patent family active and maintained
  • Unencumbered
  • Not previously marketed
  • If allegedly infringed, claim charts detailing evidence of use
  • Does the technology in your patents match the expressed interest ICAP PB's buyer network. Patents that we are interested in should be in line with the technologies listed on our 'patents available' page.
