Minimum Requirements:

• Submissions should consist of 2 or more patents in the same patent family with at least one Issued US Patent, and one Pending US Patent Application
• Foreign counterparts in the patent family is a plus
• Patents with evidence of infringement are given top priority in our selection process. Evidence of Use (EoU) claim charts that clearly illustrate the alleged infringement is a plus
