Qualified submissions typically receive an initial response with observations and recommended next steps.

Preferred Submission Characteristics

• Two or more related patent assets within the same family or technology theme
• At least one issued U.S. patent; pending U.S. applications are a plus
• Foreign counterparts and continuation strategy are beneficial
• Clear commercial applicability and identifiable market relevance
• Existing licensing discussions, market adoption, or evidence of use may strengthen evaluation
• Supporting materials such as claim charts, product mappings, technical summaries, or market analysis are welcome

ICAP reviews opportunities selectively and prioritizes assets with strong technical positioning, commercial relevance, and transaction potential.
