$3,000 - $5,000

This option provides you with a patent valuation based on ICAP PB's proprietary algorithm plus a deep valuation of claims, market demand, potential damages wallet, plus an opinion on prior art, and the viability of producing effective claim charts, but not the charts.

$5,000 - $8,000

This option includes a non-refundable deposit for the combined services included in all other valuation options, with the addition of constructing the claim charts.

$8,000 - 10,000

and includes an option for entering into an engagement to sell the portfolio for 20% commission minus the $8 - 10,000.
